OUR STORY

The Piazza Pastarella restaurant, a proud member of the Food Pro restaurant group, was created in 2022 near the beach of Heraklion in the Historical Museum Square with the aim of offering a complete experience of authentic Italian cuisine. Here, the taste journey begins early in the morning with freshly brewed coffee and Italian snacks, until late at night with pizzas, pastas and a range of selected wine labels from the cellar. Piazza Pastarella is a genuine trattoria that becomes a meeting point for those who know how to enjoy their food and coffee alla Italiana!

A new place on the beach road of Heraklion, very neat and beautiful with Italian flavors. The group preferred pasta and we were all completely satisfied. Very nice flavors with nice aromas in all their dishes. It's just that the super food salad is too small and the breadcrumbs in the blanket are few (not even one per person). The staff very kind and helpful. And all this in a very nice location. The dessert (treat) at the end was perfect!!!
The only authentic Italian pizza in Heraklion! Thin crusty dough in recipes that bring out the flavors and aromas of quality ingredients! Traditional pasta in balanced flavors! The menu is in perfect harmony with the nature of Italian cuisine and closely follows the standards of Italian cuisine. Excellent location away from the ugliness of the center, next to the sea! Overall a big thumbs up for the venture! May this shop be the beginning of a new shift in the city towards quality in both focus and location.
